Disney+ is getting a lot of new content throughout February in Australia and New Zealand with new episodes of “National Treasure: Edge Of History” and “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” and much more.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

In Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba) fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. The film introduces Tenoch Huerta as Namor, the king of a hidden undersea nation, and also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena and Alex Livanalli.

The Proud Family – Louder & Prouder – Season 2

From creator and executive producer Bruce W. Smith, and executive producer Ralph Farquhar, “The Proud Family” revival picks up the story of its central character, Penny Proud, and her iconic family: parents Oscar and Trudy, twin siblings BeBe and CeCe, and grandmother Suga Mama (and Puff!). By Penny’s side are her loyal crew: Dijonay Jones, LaCienega Boulevardez, Zoey Howzer, Maya Leibowitz-Jenkins and Michael Collins.

Building on the unprecedented success of the series’ debut, season two of “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” continues to tell entertaining stories and laugh out loud while highlighting culturally specific experiences of the black community and addressing universal themes. Various storylines this season include self-esteem, interracial dating and Juneteenth.


Star Wars: The Bad Batch – Season 2 – Episode 206 “Tribe”

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone Wars. Members of the Bad Batch – a unique group of clones that differ genetically from their Clone Army brethren – each possess unique exceptional skills that make them exceptionally effective soldiers and formidable crew.

In Season 2, months have passed since the events of Kamino and the Bad Batch continues its journey, navigating through the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and enemies, both new and familiar, as they take on a series of exciting mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.

National Treasure – Edge Of History – Episode 9

Jess Valenzuela’s life is turned upside down when an enigmatic stranger gives her a clue to a centuries-old treasure that may be linked to her long-dead father. Jess has a knack for solving puzzles, and her skills are put to the test as she and her friends follow a series of clues hidden in American artifacts and landmarks. But can Jess outwit a black market antiques dealer in a race to find history’s greatest lost treasure and reveal the truth about her family’s past?

When two local women disappear, Roz becomes frustrated by the lack of equal attention both cases receive. Bob gives Roz and Eileen a lead on Gloria’s case.

Criminal Minds: Evolution – New Episode

In “Criminal Minds: Evolution,” the FBI’s elite team of criminal profilers face their biggest threat yet, an UnSub who has used the pandemic to build a network of other serial killers. As the world opens up again and the network goes live, the team must hunt them down, one kill at a time. Actors from the original series reprising their roles include Joe Mantegna, AJ Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Adam Rodriguez and Paget Brewster. Zach Gilford joins the dynamic cast as a recurring guest star in a season-long arc.

“Criminal Minds: Evolution” will continue and expand the beloved franchise for streaming audiences, mixing serialized elements into the show’s format. This season continues the “Criminal Minds” series, the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit, the best of the best who profiled the worst of the worst.
